桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤联合中医“五位一体” 健康管理在抽动障碍患儿中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Guizhi Plus Longgu Muli Decoction Combined with"Five in One"Health Management of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Children with Tic Disorder

目的:分析桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤联合中医“五位一体”健康管理在抽动障碍患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年9月—2023年12月东莞市妇幼保健院收治的90例抽动障碍患儿作为研究对象,随机分为常规组与治疗组,各45例。常规组给予桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗,治疗组在常规组基础上实施中医“五位一体”健康管理。比较两组抽动症状改善情况、中医证候积分、临床疗效、神经递质指标水平。结果:干预4、8周后,两组抽动症状严重程度评分逐渐降低,且治疗组低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组不自主动作、喉中异常发音、肌肉痉挛评分低于干预前,且治疗组低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率高于常规组(P=0.026)。干预后,两组多巴胺、5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素水平低于干预前,且治疗组低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤联合中医“五位一体”健康管理在抽动障碍患儿中的应用效果显著,可改善患儿临床症状及神经质指标。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of Guizhi Plus Longgu Muli Decoction combined with"five in one"health management of traditional Chinese medicine in children with tic disorder.Methods:A total of 90 children with tic disorder admitted to Dongguan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from September 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into routine group and treatment group,with 45 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with Guizhi Plus Longgu Muli Decoction,and the treatment group was given"five in one"health management of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of routine group.The improvement of tic symptoms,TCM syndrome scores,clinical efficacy,and neurotransmitter index levels were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 and 8 weeks of intervention,the severity scores of tic symptoms in the two groups gradually decreased,and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of involuntary movements,abnormal laryngeal articulation and muscle spasm in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the routine group(P=0.026).After intervention,the levels of dopamine,5-hydroxytryptamine and norepinephrine in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Guizhi Plus Longgu Muli Decoction combined with"five in one"health management of traditional Chinese medicine has significant effects in children with tic disorder,and can improve clinical symptoms and neurotransmitter index of children.
