超声剪切波弹性成像联合应变式弹性成像诊断乳腺肿块的价值分析

Analysis on Value of Ultrasound Shear Wave Elastography Combined with Strain Elastography in Diagnosis of Breast Masses

目的:分析超声剪切波弹性成像(SWE)联合应变式弹性成像(SE)诊断乳腺肿块的价值。方法:选取2020年8月—2022年12月遂宁市第一人民医院收治的112例乳腺肿块患者作为研究对象,均进行SWE、SE、常规超声及病理检查,并以病理检查结果作为“金标准”,比较SWE联合SE、SWE、SE、常规超声检查对乳腺肿块良恶性的诊断效能。结果:SWE联合SE诊断乳腺肿块良恶性的灵敏度、准确度、阴性预测值高于SWE、SE、常规超声(P<0.05)。SWE联合SE、SWE、SE、常规超声诊断乳腺肿块良恶性的特异度、阳性预测值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:SWE联合SE在乳腺肿块诊断中具有较高的灵敏度、准确度和阴性预测值,可提高乳腺肿块良恶性的鉴别水平。

Objective:To analyze the value of ultrasound shear wave elastography(SWE)combined with strain elastography(SE)in the diagnosis of breast masses.Methods:A total of 112 patients with breast masses admitted to Suining First People's Hospital from August 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent SWE,SE,routine ultrasound and pathology examinations.The pathology examination results were used as the"gold standard"to compare the diagnostic efficiency of SWE combined with SE,SWE,SE,and routine ultrasound for benign and malignant breast masses.Results:The sensitivity,accuracy and negative predictive value of SWE combined with SE in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses were higher than those of SWE,SE and routine ultrasound(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the specificity and positive predictive value of SWE combined with SE,SWE,SE and routine ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses(P>0.05).Conclusion:SWE combined with SE has high sensitivity,accuracy and negative predictive value in the diagnosis of breast masses,and can improve the differential diagnosis level of benign and malignant breast masses.
