某地足月出生的健康婴幼儿第一颗乳牙萌出时间的影响因素分析

Analysis on Influencing Factors for Time of First Primary Tooth Eruption in Healthy Full-Term Infants in a Region

目的:分析上海市徐汇区徐家汇社区足月出生的健康婴幼儿第一颗乳牙萌出时间(TFPTE)的影响因素。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年9月在上海市徐汇区徐家汇街道社区卫生服务中心建卡体检的乳牙尚未萌出的健康婴幼儿320例作为研究对象。收集婴幼儿和母亲孕期信息,分析足月健康婴幼儿TFPTE的影响因素。结果:320例足月出生的健康婴幼儿的TFPTE为6.77(5.92,8.00)月龄,最小3.47月龄,最大13.00月龄。性别、出生体质量、产次、母孕期维生素D补充情况、婴幼儿钙剂补充情况、辅食添加月龄是健康婴幼儿TFPTE的影响因素(P<0.05)。出生体质量、母亲孕期维生素D补充情况是TFPTE的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:上海市徐汇区徐家汇社区足月出生的健康婴幼儿TFPTE为6.77(5.92,8.00)月龄,婴幼儿出生体质量、母亲孕期维生素D补充情况是健康婴幼儿TFPTE的影响因素。

Objective:To analyze the influencing factors for the time of first primary tooth eruption(TFPTE)in healthy full-term infants in Shanghai Xuhui District Xujiahui Street Community.Methods:A total of 320 healthy infants whose primary tooth was not erupted and who were registered for physical examination in Shanghai Xuhui District Xujiahui Street Community Health Service Center from June 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Maternal pregnancy information and infant information were collected.The influencing factors for TFPTE in healthy full-term infants were analyzed.Results:The TFPTE of 320 healthy full-term infants was 6.77(5.92,8.00)months,with the minimum TFPTE of 3.47 months and the maximum TFPTE of 13.00 months.Gender,birth weight,parity,maternal vitamin D supplementation during pregnancy,calcium supplementation in infants,and age of adding food supplements were the influencing factors for TFPTE of health infants(P<0.05).Birth weight and maternal vitamin D supplementation during pregnancy were independent influencing factors for TFPTE of health infants(P<0.05).Conclusion:The TFPTE of healthy full-term infants in Shanghai Xuhui District Xujiahui Street Community is 6.77(5.92,8.00)months.Infant birth weight and maternal Vitamin D supplementation during pregnancy are influencing factors for TFPTE of health infants.
