摘要
全科医生是基础卫生服务的组织者和实施者,但目前仍面临岗位胜任力不足的问题。文章基于理论分析与实践研究,依托肇庆市第一人民医院全科住院医师规范化培训基地的师资及病例资源优势,以其学员为主要授课对象,通过不同形式的教学手段和评估方法,将基层常见病的接诊与转诊、临床诊疗、预防保健、健康照顾和管理等理论与技能有机整合,开发出一套有效的教学与培训体系,实现培养合格全科医生的目标,提高全科师资带教能力和教学水平。经过一定的实践应用,课程将为全科医生的基层实践提供指导。
General practitioners organize and implement the primary health care services,but insufficient job competence is still a problem.Based on theoretical analysis and practical research,this paper makes use of the advantages of teachers and case resources of the standardized training base for general practice residents in the First People's Hospital of Zhaoqing,takes the trainees as the main teaching objects,integrates the theories and skills of diagnosis and referral,clinical diagnosis and treatment,preventive health care,health care and management for common diseases at the grassroots levels through different forms of teaching and evaluation methods,and formulates a set of effective teaching and training system,so as to achieve the goal of training qualified general practitioners and improving the teaching ability of general practitioner teachers and teaching level.After some practical application,the course will provide guidance for the practice of general practitioners at the grass-roots level.
