在从业人员健康体检质量控制中应用PCDA循环管理模式的效果分析

Effect of Applying PCDA Special Management Mode in the Quality Control of Health Examination of Practitioners

目的:分析PDCA循环管理模式在从业人员健康体检质量控制中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—3月于国家电网公司北京电力医院体检科进行健康体检的104例北京电力医院从业人员作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各52例。对照组实施常规管理,观察组实施PDCA循环管理。比较两组满意度、各项目检查用时及投诉、护理纠纷、不良事件发生情况。结果:试验组满意度高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.001)。试验组血常规、胸片、尿常规、心电图检查用时短于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.001)。试验组投诉、护理纠纷、不良事件发生率低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.001)。结论:PDCA循环在从业人员健康体检质量控制中的应用效果显著,可优化体检流程,提高从业人员满意度,降低投诉和护理纠纷发生率。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of PDCA cycle management mode in the quality control of health examination of practitioners.Methods:A total of one hundred and four employees of Beijing Electric Power Hospital who underwent physical examination in the physical examination department of Beijing Electric Power Hospital of State Grid Corporation from January 2022 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with fifty-two cases in each group.Control group implemented routine management,observation group implemented PDCA cycle management.The satisfaction,inspection time,complaints,nursing disputes and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:The satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the time of blood routine,chest film,urine routine and electrocardiogram in experimental group was shorter than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the incidence of complaint,nursing dispute and adverse event in experimental group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of PDCA cycle in the quality control of health examination of practitioners is remarkable,which can optimize the physical examination process,improve the satisfaction of practitioners,and reduce the incidence of complaints and nursing disputes.
