现代介入医学与传统中医肿瘤学联合培养研究生的效果

摘要 目的探讨现代介入医学与传统中医肿瘤学联合培养研究生的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2022年1月就读于河南中医药大学中医药防治恶性肿瘤专业的50名硕士、博士研究生作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为中医联合介入教学组及传统中医教学组,各25名。中医联合介入教学组学员到郑州大学第一附属医院介入科轮转、学习介入知识,并在带教老师指导下学习与跟台介入手术,全面了解现代介入医学。传统中医教学组学员按原定培养计划培养,但由郑州大学第一附属医院介入科医生进行每周1次的介入理论授课,比较两组基础理论知识及操作技能知识。结果中医联合介入教学组基础理论知识及操作技能知识得分均高于传统中医教学组(P<0.05)。结论现代介入医学与传统中医肿瘤学联合培养研究生的模式效果较好,值得在其他医学院校中推广。 Objective To explore the effect of joint training of modern interventional medicine and traditional Chinese medicine oncology in graduate students.Methods Fifty master’s and doctoral postgraduate students enrolled in Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine specializing in traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of malignant tumors from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into Chinese medicine joint interventional teaching group and traditional Chinese medicine teaching group according to the random number table method,with 25 students in each group.Students in the Chinese medicine joint interventional teaching group rotated to the Department of Interventional Radiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University to learn about interventional knowledge,and studied and followed interventional procedures under the guidance of the instructors,so as to have a comprehensive understanding of modern interventional medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine teaching group students were trained according to the original training plan,but intervention theory lectures were given once a week by doctors from the Department of Interventional Radiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.The basic theoretical knowledge and operational skills knowledge of two groups were compared.Results The scores of basic theoretical knowledge and operational skill knowledge of the Chinese medicine joint interventional teaching group were higher than those of the traditional Chinese medicine teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion The model of joint training of modern interventional medicine and traditional Chinese medicine oncology in postgraduate students is more effective and worth promoting in other medical schools.
