阿利西尤单抗联合匹伐他汀对急性心肌梗死患者心功能及血清炎症介质水平的影响

Effects of Aliciumab Combined with Pivastatin on Cardiac Function and Levels of Serum Inflammatory Mediators in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的 分析阿利西尤单抗联合匹伐他汀治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)效果及对心功能、炎症因子的影响。方法 选取河南省直第三人民医院2022年1月至2023年8月收治的AMI患者资料,将85例患者按照治疗方案分为两组,常规治疗基础上,给予匹伐他汀者为对照组(40例),基于对照组加用阿利西尤单抗者为研究组(45例)。治疗4周后,对比两组疗效、心功能[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、二尖瓣口舒张早晚期峰值血流速度比值(E/A)]、炎症因子水平[高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)、淀粉样蛋白A1(SAA1)、CC趋化因子配体19(CCL19)]及不良反应。结果 研究组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组LVEF、E/A高于对照组,LVESD低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组HMGB1、SAA1、CCL19低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 阿利西尤单抗联合匹伐他汀治疗AMI安全有效,可减轻炎症反应,抑制心肌损伤,改善心功能。

Objective To analyze the effects of aliciumab combined with pivastatin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)and its effects on cardiac function and inflammatory factors.Methods The data of AMI patients admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Henan Provincial from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected,and 85 patients were divided into two groups according to treatment plans.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was given pivastatin(40 cases),and the control group was given aliciumab(45 cases).After 4 weeks of treatment,the therapeutic effect,cardiac function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),mitral valve orifice early and late diastolic peak blood flow velocity ratio(E/A)],and inflammatory factors[high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1),amyloid A1(SAA1),CC chemokine 19(CCL19)]and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After of treatment,LVEF and E/A of the study group were higher than those of the control group,while LVESD of the study group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After of treatment,HMGB1,SAA1 and CCL19 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aliciumab combined with pivastatin is safe and effective in the treatment of AMI,which can reduce inflammatory response,inhibit myocardial injury and improve cardiac function.
