摘要
随着科技的不断进步和制造业的变革,增材制造已经成为一种重要的加工方式。然而,现阶段增材制造技术还远未发挥出数字化加工的优势。对此,探讨了企业如何挖掘增材制造数字化潜力与价值。从增材制造数字化特征分析出发,明确增材制造数字化价值与问题,并结合技术发展现状及企业真实需求,从需求端、材料端、设计端、工艺端、过程端、生产端、业务端七方面,提出企业增材制造的数字化升级方向,进而促进增材制造技术在能源、工业等领域更高质量的推广应用。
With the continuous advancement of technology and transformation in the manufacturing industry,additive manufacturing has become an important processing method.However,at present,the advantage of digital processing in additive manufacturing technology has not yet been fully realized.In this regard,it is discussed that how enterprise can unleash the digitalization potential and value in additive manufacturing.This discussion starts from the analysis of the digital characteristic of additive manufacturing,clarifies the digitalization value and issue in additive manufacturing,and combines the current state of technological development and real need of enterprise.The digital upgrade direction of enterprise additive manufacturing is proposed from seven aspects such as demand side,material side,design side,process side,production side,and business side,thereby the higher quality promotion and application of additive manufacturing technology in the fields of energy,industry,and others are promoted.
