摘要
为解决人工清洁TR1000废烟处理设备滤芯过程中存在的劳动强度大、效率低等问题,设计了一种废烟处理设备滤芯清洁装置。滤芯清洁装置由喷吹、传动、滤芯支承、箱体等部分组成。滤芯通过滤芯支承进行安装,电机通过传动带动滤芯转动。滤芯旋转过程中,利用拨片将滤芯褶皱拨开,沿滤芯轴线均匀分布的喷嘴通过压缩空气清洁滤芯表面吸附的粉尘。设置四组喷吹及滤芯支承,一次可清洁四支滤芯。粉尘通过箱体锥面导入集尘箱。采用可编程序控制器控制电磁阀,实现分段式喷吹。四组喷吹依次运行,循环三次后同时打开进行清洁。对滤芯清洁装置进行测试,TR1000废烟处理设备清洁一组四支滤芯仅需25.13 min,清洁效率提高138.96%,并且降低劳动强度,改善作业现场环境。
In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity and low efficiency in the process of manual cleaning of the filter element of TR1000 waste smoke treatment equipment,a cleaning device for the filter element of waste smoke treatment equipment was designed.The cleaning device for the filter element is composed of injection,transmission,filter element support,box and other parts.The filter element is installed by the filter element support,and the motor drives the filter element to rotate through the transmission.During the rotation of the filter element,the pleat of the filter element is removed by pick,and the nozzles evenly distributed along the axis of the filter element are used to clean the dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter element by compressed air.It is equipped with four sets of injection and filter element support,which can clean four filter elements at one time.The dust is introduced into the dust box through the cone of the box.The PLC is used to control the solenoid valve to realize the segmented injection.The four sets of jets are run sequentially,and after three cycles,they are opened at the same time for cleaning.The cleaning device for the filter element was tested,and it only took 25.13 min for the TR1000 waste smoke treatment equipment to clean a group of four filter elements,which increased the cleaning efficiency by 138.96%,reduced labor intensity,and improved the environment of the operation site.
