摘要
针对汽车前稳定杆连接总成发生的断裂失效,进行原因分析。采用外观检查、无损计算机断层扫描、化学成分分析、硬度检测、电镜分析、能谱分析等方法,确认前稳定杆连接总成在工作中出现断裂的具体原因,并提出相关建议。前稳定杆连接总成的断裂失效属于多源性疲劳断裂,焊缝内存在气孔、微裂纹等缺陷,这些缺陷成为裂纹源,加速裂纹扩展。瞬断区存在明显凸台,大大降低焊接件的有效承载强度,缩短使用寿命。
The cause analysis was carried out for the fracture failure of the automobile front stabilizer bar connection assembly.Visual inspection,non-destructive computed tomography,chemical composition analysis,hardness testing,electron microscope analysis,energy spectrum analysis and other methods were used to confirm the specific cause of fracture of the front stabilizer bar connection assembly in the work,and relevant suggestions were put forward.The fracture failure of the front stabilizer bar connection assembly belongs to multi-source fatigue fracture,and there are defects such as porosity and microcrack in the weld,which become the source of crack and accelerate crack propagation.There is an obvious boss in the instantaneous fracture area,which greatly reduces the effective bearing strength of the weldment and shortens the service life.
