成渝地区数字经济赋能城乡融合发展的现实困境与突破 路径研究

Research on the Realistic Difficulties and Breakthrough Paths of Empowering Urban Rural Integration Development with Digital Economy in Chengdu Chongqing Region

成渝地区作为西部经济社会发展的核心区域,在城乡融合的探索与实践中取得了一定成就,但其在信息孤岛和数字化改革、数字基础设施和人才基础资源、城乡要素流动以及基本公共服务资源数字化发展等方面仍面临挑战。本文深入分析了成渝地区数字经济赋能城乡融合发展的现实困境,并提出了包括缩小城乡数字化发展差距、打破信息孤岛、强化要素双向流动以及整合公共服务资源等策略,旨在全面释放数字经济价值,促进成渝地区城乡融合的可持续发展。

As the core area of economic and social development in western China,the Chengdu Chongqing region has achieved certain achievements in the exploration and practice of urban-rural integration.However,it still faces challenges in areas such as information isola⁃tion and digital reform,digital infrastructure and talent resources,urban-rural factor flow,and digital development of basic public service resources.This article deeply analyzes the practical difficulties of digital economy empowering urban-rural integration development in the Chengdu Chongqing region,and proposes strategies including narrowing the digital development gap between urban and rural areas,break⁃ing information silos,strengthening two-way flow of factors,and integrating public service resources,aiming to fully unleash the value of dig⁃ital economy and promote sustainable development of urban-rural integration in the Chengdu Chongqing region.
