With the rapid development of technology,artificial intelligence(AI)has gradually penetrated into the field of judicial trials,bringing unprecedented changes to legal practice.This article aims to explore the current application status,challenges,and future legal strategies of artificial intelligence in the field of assisting judicial trials.By analyzing the role of artificial intelligence as a"bridge","refer⁃ence book",and"warning device",this paper points out its practical obstacles in technology,judge applications,and technology company support,and proposes corresponding solutions to provide reference for building a fair and efficient judicial system.
