在新时代背景下,随着互联网、大数据、人工智能等信息技术的飞速发展,高校辅导员工作环境发生了显著变化,工作方式正逐步从传统的面对面交流转变为线上与线下相结合的模式。同样,随着全球化和市场经济的深入发展,新时代大学生的思想观念呈现出更加开放性和多元化的特点,辅导员在引导学生形成正确世界观、人生观和价值观方面和日常管理工作面临着新的挑战。本文旨在探讨这些挑战,并提出相应的对策,以期为高校辅导员更有效地开展学生工作提供理论依据和实践指导。

In the new era,with the rapid development of Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and other information technologies,the working environment of college counselors has undergone significant changes,and the working mode is gradually changing from the tradi⁃tional face-to-face communication to the combination of online and offline.Similarly,with the deepening development of globalization and market economy,the ideological concepts of college students in the new era have shown more openness and diversity.Counselors face new challenges in guiding students to form a correct worldview,outlook on life,and values,as well as in daily management work.This article aims to explore these challenges and propose corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for college counselors to carry out student work more effectively.
