就业育人视角下高校学生管理“六进”工作路径分析

新时代背景下,高校学生就业既是国之大计,也是民之大事,牵动着高校学生管理工作的全过程。本文从就业育人视角出发,探讨在高校学生管理过程中实施就业指导“进支部、进宿舍、进家庭、进云端、进课堂、进企业”模式,通过党建引领、朋辈互助、家校共育、创新平台、打造课程、校企合作等方式,全面提升对高校学生就业观念、实践能力、职场适应力的培养。

In the context of the new era,the employment of college students is not only a national plan,but also a major issue for the people,which affects the entire process of college student management.Starting from the perspective of employment and education,this article explores the implementation of the employment guidance model in the management process of college students,which includes"entering the branch,dormitory,family,cloud,classroom,and enterprise".Through party building guidance,peer mutual assistance,home school co edu⁃cation,innovative platforms,curriculum development,and school enterprise cooperation,it comprehensively enhances the cultivation of col⁃lege students'employment concepts,practical abilities,and workplace adaptability.
