Ensuring and improving people's well-being is a major task for the achievement of Chinese modernization.The formation of the new views on disability and the socialist nature of Chinese modernization both intrinsically require promoting the modernization of the cause of persons with disabilities on Chinese path to modernization.High-quality development is the primary task for achieving the modermnization of the cause of persons with disabilities,whose promotion requires the guidance of the new development concept,and upholding of the value of inclusive development with all-round development of persons with disabilities as the value orientation.Promoting the modermization of the cause of persons with disabilities with high-quality development means the facilitation of the high-quality development of social security,inclusive education,employment of persons with disabilities,and rehabilitation medicine,which in essence is to include the modernization of the cause of persons with disabilities into the development strategy of Chinese modernization.
