青海高寒地区适生栽培牧草筛选

SCREENING OF SUITABLE FORAGE GRASSES FOR CULTIVATION IN THE ALPINE REGION OF QINGHAI

摘要 通过对4种牧草的生产性能和营养价值的测定和分析,旨在筛选适合青海高寒地区种植的优质牧草。结果表明:毛稃羊茅(Festuca rubra subsp.arctica)在开花期和完熟期的株高均显著优于其他三种牧草(P<0.05),且其鲜重和干重分别达到192.00 g/m^(2)和74.82 g/m^(2),显著高于西北羊茅(Festuca kryloviana)和发草(Deschampsia caespitosa)(P<0.05)。在营养成分方面,毛稃羊茅和西北羊茅的粗脂肪含量显著高于其他牧草,达到3.76%和3.77%,显示出良好的营养价值;此外毛稃羊茅具有最高的粗灰分和钙含量,为10.30%和1.03%,显著高于其他牧草(P<0.05)。综合分析各项指标,毛稃羊茅因其较高的产量和营养成分,成为青海省高寒地区建植人工草地的备选牧草。本研究为青海省高寒地区栽培牧草的选择和牧草生产提供了科学依据。 This study aimed to screen high-quality forage grasses suitable for cultivation in the alpine region of Qinghai by measuring and analyzing the production performance and nutritional value of four different grasses.The results showed that Festuca rubra subsp.arctica exhibited significantly higher plant height at both the flowering and full maturity stages compared to the other three species(P<0.05).Its fresh weight and dry weight reached 192.00 g/m2 and 74.82 g/m2,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of Festuca kryloviana and Deschampsia caespitosa(P<0.05).In terms of nutritional composition,Festuca rubra subsp.arctica and Festuca kryloviana had significantly higher crude fat content,reaching 3.76%and 3.77%,respectively,indicating good nutritional value.Additionally,Festuca rubra subsp.arctica had the highest crude ash and calcium content,at 10.30%and 1.03%,which were significantly higher than those of the other species(P<0.05).Based on a comprehensive analysis of all indicators,Festuca rubra subsp.arctica is recommended as a candidate forage grass for establishing artificial grasslands in the alpine pastoral regions of Qinghai due to its higher biomass and superior nutritional composition.This study provides a scientific basis for the selection and production of forage grasses in the alpine regions of Qinghai.
