摘要
为进一步满足祁连山国家公园各类自然资源的精细化保护管理,通过借助大数据、物联网、人工智能等信息技术,探索天空地一体化智能监测体系新模式,按照数据融合汇聚、生态智能保护和综合业务服务三大体系架构建设,在国家公园的资源监管中实现自然资源数据库与感知系统的融合共享,在生态保护中建立多网融合的具有区域特色智能巡护系统,在科研监测中提升典型生态类型动态监测分析与应用能力,全面提升祁连山国家公园自然资源数据的精细化管理并提高国家公园的生态保护能力。
In order to further meet the refined protection and management of various natural resources in Qilian mountain National Park,a new model of sky land integrated intelligent monitoring system is explored through the use of information technologies such as big data,Internet of Things,and artificial intelligence.According to the three major system architectures of data fusion aggregation,ecological intelligent protection,and comprehensive business services,the integration and sharing of natural resource databases and perception systems are achieved in the resource supervision of the national park.A multi network integrated intelligent patrol system with regional characteristics is established in ecological protection,and the dynamic monitoring,analysis,and application capabilities of typical ecological types are improved in scientific research monitoring.The refined management of natural resource data in Qilian mountain National Park is comprehensively improved,and the ecological protection capacity of the national park is enhanced.
