电针、中药熏蒸联合颈部保健操在防治社区颈型颈椎病中的临床应用

Clinical Effect of Electroacupuncture Therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined with Neck Conditioning Exercise in Treatment of Neck Cervical Spondylosis in Community

目的:探讨电针、中药熏蒸联合颈部保健操在防治社区颈型颈椎病中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年12月广州市荔湾区华林街道社区卫生服务中心收治的115例颈型颈椎病患者作为观察对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=57)、治疗组(n=58)。对照组采取常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采取电针疗法、中药熏蒸联合颈部保健操。比较两组疼痛程度、颈椎功能、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后、治疗后3个月,两组VAS评分低于治疗前,相比于对照组,治疗组VAS评分更低(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后、治疗后3个月,两组NDI评分降低,相比于对照组,治疗组NDI评分更低(P<0.05)。两组均未出现过敏、胃肠道反应。结论:电针疗法、中药熏蒸联合颈部保健操治疗社区颈型颈椎病的临床效果确切,能够减轻患者疼痛,改善颈椎功能,且安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of electroacupuncture therapy and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with neck conditioning exercise in the treatment of neck cervical spondylosis in the community.Methods:A total of 115 patients with neck cervical spondylosis admitted to Hualin Community Health Service Center in Liwan District of Guangzhou City from July 2022 to December 2023 were selected as observation objects.They were divided into control group(n=57)and treatment group(n=58)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and neck conditioning exercise on the basis of the control group.The pain level,cervical spine function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment and at 3 months after treatment,the VAS scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the VAS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of Neck Disability Index(NDI)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment and at 3 months after treatment,the NDI scores in the two groups decreased,and the NDI score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no allergic or gastrointestinal reactions in each group.Conclusion:Electroacupuncture therapy and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with neck conditioning exercise have a definite clinical effect in the treatment of neck cervical spondylosis in the community,and can relieve patients'pain,improve cervical spine function,and have high safety.
