中医适宜护理技术在下肢骨折患者护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Appropriate Nursing Techniques in Traditional Chinese Medicine in Care of Patients with Lower Limb Fractures

目的:分析中医适宜护理技术在下肢骨折患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年7月徐州市铜山区中医院收治的下肢骨折患者76例作为观察对象,随机分为对照组(n=38,实施常规护理)和观察组(n=38,实施中医适宜护理技术),对比两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组静息状态、活动状态疼痛评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组绝对卧床休息时间、肿胀消退时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、功能恢复时间、骨折线消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组生活质量评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医适宜护理技术在下肢骨折患者护理中的应用效果良好,可有效减轻患者疼痛程度,减少并发症,加速康复速度,提升患者生活质量。

Objective:To analyze application effect of appropriate nursing techniques in traditional Chinese medicine in the care of patients with lower limb fractures.Methods:76 patients with lower limb fractures from March 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the observation objects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=38,implementing routine nursing)and observation group(n=38,implementing appropriate nursing techniques in traditional Chinese medicine).The nursing effects in two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the pain scores of resting state and active state decreased in the two groups,in the observation group,the scores were lower than control group(P<0.05).In observation group,absolute bed rest time,swelling resolution time,hospitalization time,fracture healing time,functional recovery time and fracture line disappearance time were shorter than control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of material life,physical function,psychological function and social function increased in the two groups,in the observation group,the scores were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of appropriate nursing techniques in traditional Chinese medicine in the care of patients with lower limb fractures has a good effect,and can effectively alleviate pain level of patients,reduce complications,accelerate recovery speed,and improve quality of life.
