舒适护理在恶性肿瘤放疗患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comfort Nursing in Patients with Malignant Tumor Undergoing Radiotherapy

目的:分析舒适护理在恶性肿瘤放疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月于连云港市东海县人民医院放疗科进行放疗的恶性肿瘤患者80例作为观察对象,以随机数字表法分成两组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用舒适护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组血清白蛋白、血清总蛋白水平低于护理前,但研究组高于对照组;两组营养风险筛查表2002评分降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组正性态度、自我减压、自我决策评分及总分升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组生理机能、生理职能、一般健康状况、躯体疼痛、社会功能、精力、情感职能、精神健康评分升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理在恶性肿瘤放疗患者中的应用效果良好,可改善患者营养状况,增强患者自我管理能力,对提高患者的生活质量具有积极意义。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of comfort nursing in patients with malignant tumor undergoing radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 80 patients with malignant tumor who underwent radiotherapy in Department of Radiotherapy at Donghai County People's Hospital in Lianyungang City from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the observation objects.The patients were divided into two groups using random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received comfort nursing.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:After nursing,serum albumin and serum total protein levels in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,but the levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group.The score of the nutritional risk screening form 2002 decreased in the two groups,and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of positive attitude,self-decompression,self-decision making and total score increased in the two groups,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physiological functioning,physiological function,general health status,somatic pain,social function,vitality,emotional function and mental health increased in the two groups,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comfort nursing in patients with malignant tumor undergoing radiotherapy has a good effect,and can improve the nutritional status of patients,enhance the self-management ability of patients,and have positive significance in improving the quality of life of patients.
