手术室护理干预在胃肠道手术患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Operating Room Nursing Intervention in Patients Undergoing Gastrointestinal Surgery

目的:分析手术室护理干预在胃肠道手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2021年1月于锦州医科大学附属第一医院行胃肠道手术治疗的100例患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(实施手术室护理干预)和参照组(实施常规护理),每组50例。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组护理总满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组抗生素应用时间、住院时间短于参照组,肠道功能恢复正常时间、切口愈合时间早于参照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组生理职能、精神状态、情感职能、社会功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组生理职能、精神状态、情感职能、社会功能评分高于护理前,且研究组高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组切口总愈合率较参照组高(P<0.05)。结论:手术室护理干预在胃肠道手术患者中的应用效果较好,能够促进患者切口愈合,缩短住院时间,提高生活质量与护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of operating room nursing intervention in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2021,a total of 100 patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a study group(implementing operating room nursing intervention)and a reference group(implementing conventional nursing),with 50 cases in each group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The total nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The antibiotic use time and the length of hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the time for recovering to normal intestinal function and the time for incision healing in the study group were earlier than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of physiological function,mental state,emotional function and social function between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of physiological function,mental state,emotional function and social function in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total healing rate of incision in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of operating room nursing intervention in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery is good,which can promote incision healing,shorten hospital stay,and improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
