生物反馈电刺激疗法对人工流产术后康复的影响分析

Analysis of Effect of Biofeedback Electric Stimulation Therapy on Recovery After Induced Abortion

目的:分析生物反馈电刺激疗法对人工流产术后康复的影响。方法:选择于柯坪县人民医院接受人工流产术的64例孕妇为研究对象(收治时间:2023年2—10月),采用双盲法分为两组,每组32例。对照组术后进行常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予生物反馈电刺激疗法。对比两组术后阴道出血时间、月经恢复时间、血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平、子宫内膜厚度、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组术后阴道出血时间、月经恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后第1天,两组血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平、子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);月经来潮第15天,两组血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平、子宫内膜厚度高于术后第1天,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:人工流产术后进行常规干预联合生物反馈电刺激疗法,有助于术后康复,缩短月经恢复时间,促进子宫复旧,减少并发症。

Objective:To analyze the effect of biofeedback electric stimulation therapy on recovery after induced abortion.Methods:A total of 64 pregnant women who underwent induced abortion in Keping County People's Hospital(admission time:February 2023 to October 2023)were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by double-blind method,with 32 patients in each group.The control group received conventional intervention after surgery,and the observation group received biofeedback electric stimulation therapy on the basis of control group.The postoperative vaginal bleeding time,menstrual recovery time,serum human chorionic gonadotropin level,endometrial thickness,and complications were compared between two groups.Results:The postoperative vaginal bleeding time and menstrual recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).On postoperative Day 1,there was no significant difference in serum human chorionic gonadotropin level and endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).On Day 15 of menstruation,serum human chorionic gonadotropin level and endometrial thickness in the two groups were higher than those on postoperative Day 1,and these indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of conventional intervention with biofeedback electric stimulation therapy after induced abortion helps postoperative recovery,shortens menstrual recovery time,promotes uterine involution,and reduces complications.
