探索建筑业迈向数字化、工业化、绿色化、智能化实践应用——以南京南部新城智能建造集聚区为例

摘要 在住房和城乡建设部《关于推动智能建造与建筑工业化协同发展的指导意见》《关于加快新型建筑工业化发展的若干意见》的引导下,各地陆续探索新型建筑智能建造发展的创新路径。本文以南京南部新城智能建造试点项目集聚区为例,详细探讨了建筑业迈向智能建造在现代工程管理中的实践应用。通过深入研究背景、目的、方法、过程、结果和结论,深入剖析了智能建造技术如何优化工程管理流程,提高项目效率和效益。研究结果表明,突破传统建筑业建造方式,以智能建造数字化、工业化、绿色化、智能化为核心环节,实现工程建设高效益、高质量、低消耗、低排放,以期推进建筑业迈向新高地。 Guided by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's"Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Coordinated Development of Intelligent Construction and Industrialization of Construction"and"Several Opinions on Accelerating the Development of New Type of Construction Industrialization,"various regions have been exploring innovative paths for the development of new construction and intelligent construction.This paper takes the smart construction pilot project aggregation area in the southern part of Nanjing as an example to explore in detail the practical application of the construction industry's transition to intelligent construction in modern engineering management.By conducting an in-depth study of the background,purpose,methods,process,results,and conclusions,it thoroughly analyzes how intelligent construction technology optimizes engineering management processes,improves project efficiency,and benefits.The research results indicate that by breaking through the traditional construction methods,with intelligent construction as the core link in digitalization,industrialization,greenification,and intelligentization,it can achieve efficient,high-quality,low-consumption,and low-emission engineering construction,aiming to promote the construction industry to a new level.
