高校思政课教师混合式教学能力的提升研究

摘要 混合式教学方法是提升高校思政课教学效果的重要手段,是高校思政课教师教学改革创新的重要方向。目前,高校思政课教师在技术整合应用能力、教学设计能力、教学组织能力和教学评价能力等方面有待提高。通过提高教学平台使用和教学资源制作的积极性和熟练程度、合理分配线上线下教学时间、提高依据思政课特点培养系统化教学设计意识、建立形成性评价和终结性评价相结合的教学评价体系、创新线上教学的思政课评价体系等方式提升高校思政课教师的混合式教学能力。 Blended teaching method is an important means to improve the teaching effect of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,and is an important direction of teaching reform and innovation.At present,ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities need to be improved in the aspects of technology integration and application ability,teaching design ability,teaching organization ability and teaching evaluation ability.By improving the enthusiasm and proficiency in the use of teaching platforms and the production of teaching resources,rationally allocating online and offline teaching time,cultivating systematic teaching design awareness according to the characteristics of ideological and political courses,establishing a teaching evaluation system that combines formative and terminal evaluation,and innovating the evaluation system of ideological and political courses in online teaching,the blended teaching ability of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities can be improved.
