大学生依恋焦虑与抑郁情绪的关系——压力知觉与特质正念的作用

摘要 为探究大学生的依恋焦虑与抑郁情绪的关系以及压力知觉、特质正念在其中的作用,采用流调用抑郁自评量表、成人依恋量表、中文版压力知觉量表、中文版五因素正念量表对377名大学生进行调查。结果发现,大学生的依恋焦虑显著正向预测抑郁情绪;压力知觉在依恋焦虑和抑郁情绪之间起部分中介作用;特质正念在依恋焦虑和压力知觉之间起调节作用。该结果表明大学生的依恋焦虑会直接影响抑郁情绪,也会通过压力知觉间接影响抑郁情绪,而特质正念起保护性作用,有助于缓解依恋焦虑和压力知觉对抑郁情绪的负面影响。 To explore the relationship between attachment anxiety and college students'depression,as well as the roles of stress perception and trait mindfulness,377 college students were assessed using the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale,the Adult Attachment Scale,the Chinese 14-item Perceived Stress Scale,and the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire.The results indicated that attachment anxiety significantly and positively predicts depression in college students.Additionally,stress perception partially mediates the relationship between attachment anxiety and depression.Trait mindfulness serves as a moderating factor between attachment anxiety and stress perception.These findings suggest that attachment anxiety can directly influence college students'depression and indirectly affect it through stress perception.Moreover,trait mindfulness can mitigate the negative impacts of attachment anxiety and stress perception on depression in college students.
