青少年体质健康促进的家校协同机制研究

摘要 运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和比较研究法等方法,以提升青少年参加体育运动行为为逻辑起点,从家庭和学校两方面对青少年运动参与规律进行梳理。研究认为,青少年体质健康不仅仅是学校和个人的问题,家庭和社会也应该承担相应的责任,需要建立起一套家校协同机制,发挥各方作用,积极参与到促进青少年体质健康工作中来,制定更加科学合理的教学计划和培训体系,进一步提高青少年体质健康水平。 Through the methods of literature,logical analysis and comparative research,this paper takes how to improve the sports behavior of teenagers as the logical starting point,from the family and the school two aspects carry on the combing to the teenager sports participation law.According to the study,the physical health of adolescents is not only a problem for schools and individuals,but also for families and society to assume their own responsibilities,actively participate in the work to promote the physical health of young people to develop a more scientific and reasonable teaching plan and training system to improve the level of physical health of young people.
