绿色制造背景下聚乳酸及其复合材料的研究进展

摘要 聚乳酸经天然产物淀粉发酵后合成,正逐步发展成为大宗基础性原材料。聚乳酸具有可降解、低能耗、机械性能优良、温和条件下耐久性较好等特点,可用于长寿命工程构件如车辆、机械、电气(器)和建筑装饰的制造,迎合绿色制造理念。本文总结了近年来聚乳酸及其复合材料的环境友好性、服役性、加工性及其高值化应用方面的研究进展,旨在为聚乳酸在长寿命工程构件制造中的应用研究提供理论依据和参考。 Polylactide is a material synthesized by the fermentation of natural product starch,which is gradually developing into a bulk basic raw material.With the deepening of the concept of green manufacturing,polylactide has the characteristics of degradability,low energy consumption,excellent mechanical properties,and good durability under mild conditions,and can be used in the manufacture of long-life engineering components such as vehicles,machinery,electrical(apparatus)and building decoration.In this paper,the research progress in environmental friendliness,serviceability,processability and high value application of polylactide and its composites in recent years was summarized,aiming to provide theoretical basis and reference for the application research of polylactide in the manufacture of long-life engineering components.
