“五育融合”视域下学生荣誉体系的价值意蕴与构建路径

摘要 聚焦德智体美劳全面发展的人才培养目标,“五育融合”能够实现育人资源、育人队伍、育人平台的有效融合,同时推动育人模式的创新发展。在“五育融合”视域下构建学生荣誉体系,以促进学生德智体美劳全面发展、构建“三全育人”工作格局、提升高校思想政治工作质量的现实要求为目标,能够有效激发学生的发展潜力和内生动力。在“五育融合”式学生荣誉体系的构建中,要充分体现鉴定性与发展性、综合性与个性化、主体性与融合式的结合。在实施方法上,注重分类指导、科学施策,与时俱进构建“传承性、创新性、科学性”的学生荣誉体系,紧扣育人目标构建“两翼协同、三维互补”融通学生荣誉体系的育人资源,构建“综评优秀、分项拔尖”的荣誉激励模式,通过“组织保障、政策支持、队伍支撑、评价反馈”协同发力构建长效机制。 Focusing on the goal of cultivating talents with comprehensive development in moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education,the"Five Educations Integration"can effectively integrate educational resources,teams,and platforms,while promoting the innovative development of educational models.Constructing a student honor system from the perspective of"Five Educations Integration"aims to promote the comprehensive development of students in moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education,build a"three-full education"work pattern,and improve the quality of ideological and political work in universities.This approach can effectively stimulate students'development potential and intrinsic motivation.In constructing a"Five Educations Integration"student honor system,it is essential to fully reflect the combination of identification and development,comprehensiveness and personalization,subjectivity and integration.In terms of implementation methods,it is important to focus on classified guidance,scientific policy-making,and keeping pace with the times to build a student honor system that is"inheritable,innovative,and scientific".This involves constructing educational resources that integrate the honor system with educational goals through"dual-wing coordination and three-dimensional complementarity",establishing an honor incentive model that combines"excellence in general assessment with top in sub-item" and building a long-term mechanism through "organizational guarantees,policy support,team support,and evaluation feedback".
