Trust Crisis and Resolution Among College Students in the"Post-Truth"Era

信任是社会存在与发展的基础,而“后真相”时代的到来颠覆了传统的社会信任模式。大学生是推动社会发展的后备军,在社会信任体系的有机建构中起着至关重要的作用。“后真相”时代,网络社交中的信息茧房现象,信息过剩、无序反转现象,公共媒体在舆论场中的滞后现象以及社群化、圈层化社交结构的影响,致使大学生群体出现情感依赖型、网络脱域型、媒体狂欢型的信任危机现象。消解信任危机需要强化主流意识形态的价值引领作用,教育者应积极融入大学生的圈层,提高大学生群体的媒介素养,加强高校网络空间治理以弥合信任裂痕。

Trust is the foundation of social existence and development,but the advent of the"post-truth"era has disrupted traditional social trust models.College students,as the reserve force for social development,play a crucial role in the organic construction of the social trust system.In the"post-truth"era,phenomena such as the information cocoon in online social interactions,information overload and disorderly reversal,the lag of public media in the public opinion field,and the influence of community-based and stratified social structures have led to various trust crises among college students,including emotional dependency,online delocalization,and media carnival types.To resolve these trust crises,it is necessary to strengthen the value guidance role of mainstream ideology,for educators to actively integrate into the circles of college students,improve the media literacy of the student group,and enhance the governance of university cyberspace to bridge trust gaps.
