冷芯盒射砂系统和排气系统的设计

摘要 介绍了射砂嘴和排气塞的布局原则,以冷芯盒为例,通过使用射砂位置和排气位置的选择方法及射砂面积与排气面积的量化关系,解决了砂芯出现射不实、砂芯缺块及部分区域疏松问题,砂芯成品率由原来的78%提升至97%,减少了冷芯试制次数,保证了砂芯完整成形,提高了生产效率。最后指出:通过射砂面积计算原则、射砂循环计算原则和进气循环计算原则来设计射砂位置和排气位置,确定射砂面积与排气面积的量化关系,减少设计过程中生产经验对试制结果不确定性的影响,使设计过程达到有据可依,生产试制稳定可靠。 The layout principles of sand shooting nozzles and exhaust plugs were introduced.Using a cold core box as an example,by selecting sand shooting positions and exhaust positions,as well as quantifying the relationship between sand shooting area and exhaust area,issues such as insufficient sand shooting,missing sections in sand core,and insufficient firmness in some areas.The finished product rate of the sand core increased from 78%to 97%,reducing the number of cold core trial productions,ensuring complete sand core formation,and improving production efficiency.Finally,it was pointed out that by using the principles of calculating sand shooting area,sand shooting cycle,and air intake cycle,the sand shooting and exhaust positions were designed.The quantification of the relationship between sand shooting area and exhaust area reduced the impact of production experience on the uncertainty of trial production results during the design process,making the design process more reliable and the trial production stable and dependable.
