摘要
根据汽车B柱左右内饰板结构复杂、外观质量高、体积大、内部加强筋多、倒扣多等特点,设计了一套“一模两腔”带有顺序阀热流道的注塑模具。采用斜导柱+整体式T形滑块机构与斜顶杆交叉辅助机构实现倒扣、内部异形孔等结构的抽芯脱模。设计了延伸分型面,动模模芯与型腔板一体成型、定模模芯和型芯板一体成型,可大大节省制造成本。浇注系统采用“热流道+U形回弯冷流道+扇形侧向搭接浇口”的设计,减少了塑件熔接痕、缩痕等缺陷,提升了塑件质量。详述了模具模芯结构、热流道浇注系统、冷却水路、排气、导向定位的设计要点,解决了B柱左右内饰板注塑过程中的脱模困难、熔体填充和生产周期长等问题,通过优化组合设计,从整体上简化和优化了模具结构,降低了模具制造成本。
According to the complex structure,high quality appearance,large volume,many internal reinforcement bars,many buckles and other characteristics of the left and right interior panel of B-pillar of the automobile,a set of“one mold,two cavities”injection mold with sequential valve hot runner is designed.It adopts oblique guide pillar+integral T-shaped slide mechanism and oblique top bar cross assisting mechanism to realize core extraction and demolding of inverted buckle,internal shaped holes and other structures;it designs extended parting surface,the moving mold core and cavity plate are molded in one piece,and the fixed mold core and core plate are molded in one piece,which can greatly save the manufacturing cost;and it adopts the design of“hot runner+U-shaped backward curved cold runner+fan-shaped lateral overlap gate”for the gating system,which can reduce the cost of the mold;and it also reduces the cost of the molding process.The casting system adopts the design of“hot runner+U-shaped recurved cold runner+fan-shaped lateral lap gate”,which reduces the defects such as fusion mark and shrinkage mark of the molded parts,and improves the quality of the molded parts.The design points of the mold core structure,hot runner pouring system,cooling water circuit,exhaust gas and guiding positioning are described in detail,which solves the problems of mold release difficulty,melt filling and long production cycle in the process of injection molding of the left and right interior panels of the B-pillar,and through the optimization of the combination design,the structure of the mold is simplified and optimized as a whole,and the cost of the mold manufacturing is reduced.
