摘要
对汽车散热器主片零件进行材料结构工艺分析,主片有一个环形深沟封闭窄槽,且中间呈矩形矩阵排列的凸筋和翻边孔均匀分布,环形窄槽仅宽0.5 mm,深6 mm,窄槽成型是主片成型的难点和关键,结合以往的设计制造经验,设计了相应的冲压工艺,通过反复试验,确定采用45钢制造窄槽成型凸模。模具在满足了散热器主片批量生产的同时,降低了生产成本,取得较好的经济效益。
The material,structure and process of the main parts of the automobile radiator was analyzed,the main part has a closed narrow and deep groove,the convex ribs and flanging holes arranged in the middle rectangular matrix are evenly distributed.The width of the groove is only 0.5 mm,the depth of the groove is 6 mm,which cause difficulty for the forming process.Based on experiments,the punch was manufactured by 45 steel,and the main plate was successfully produced in large quantities.
