摘要
通过对波瓣焊接组合零件的结构工艺分析,提出了波瓣焊接组合零件整体成型的方案,创新提出了采用带法兰拉深毛坯成型波形、并采用限位压边控制法兰厚度的加工工艺方案,阐述了工艺设计思路;同时针对法兰成型波形过程中材料局部凸起变形及破裂问题提出了旋转侧推预成型后再整形的工艺改进方案,并阐述了旋转侧推预成型模具结构方案及工作原理。
The paper proposes a scheme for the integral forming of the lobe welding assembly by analyzing the structure of the lobe assembly and an innovative processing technology of drawing cylindrical part with flange to form the waveform and limitingbinderpressing distanceto control the flange thickness is proposed.The idea of processing design process is described in this paper.Meanwhile,the scheme of rotary pushing waveform then sizing the lobe welding assembly is adopted to solve the problem of local convex deformation and cracking of the material whenthe flange transferring towaveform.And the rotary pushing die structure and working principle are described.
