差异化布局是公立医院多院区建设的重要思路之一。通过文献分析法,总结我国公立医院在差异化战略下多院区文化建设一体化面临的问题。以武汉协和医院实践为例,从完善组织体系、统一文化建设主体内容、搭建文化沟通桥梁、打造文化品牌等方面,介绍其多院区文化建设一体化实践。同时,对我国公立医院多院区文化建设一体化提出建议。

The implementation of differentiated layout is crucial for the successful establishment of multiple dis⁃tricts within public hospitals.Through literature analysis and a thorough assessment of the differentiated layout of the multiple districts of hospital model at Wuhan Union Hospital,it have identified the key problems encountered in the cultural construction under a differentiation strategy.It aim to discuss the integration of multiple districts of hospital construction It will focus on several areas,including enhancing the organizational system,unifying the core content of cultural construction,establishing effective communication channels,and building strong cultural brands.Additionally,It will provide recommendations for the integration of the culture construction in the multiple districts of hospital model in public hospitals in China.
