石羊河下游天然柠条锦鸡儿群落的种间关联及生态位

Interspecific Association and Niche of the Natural Caragana korshinskii Community in the Lower Reaches of the Shiyang River

【目的】探讨石羊河下游柠条锦鸡儿(Caragana korshinskii)群落的资源利用状况,揭示其结构与稳定性,为柠条锦鸡儿群落的保护、恢复和利用提供科学依据。【方法】对石羊河下游柠条锦鸡儿群落进行实地调查,采用方差比率法、χ2检验、Ochiai联结系数、Spearman秩相关分析、生态位宽度和生态位重叠度等方法,研究群落的种间关联及生态位。【结果】石羊河下游柠条锦鸡儿群落整体呈极显著的正联结。柠条锦鸡儿在群落中与其他物种表现为负联结,整体上群落种间负联结占优势,物种间相互作用较小,种间联结较松散。柠条锦鸡儿在群落中的重要值和生态位宽度明显高于其他物种,对群落结构及其稳定性具有重要作用。柠条锦鸡儿与其他物种具有不同的生物学特性和生态适应性,与其他物种呈负关联和负相关;沙生针茅(Stipa caucasica)、无芒隐子草(Cleistogene songorica)、蒙古韭(Allium mongolicum)和荒漠黄芪(Astragalus grubovii)具有相似的生物学特性和生态适应性,但由于生态位重叠,种间呈负关联和负相关。【结论】石羊河下游柠条锦鸡儿群落总体处于稳定状态,柠条锦鸡儿在群落中占据重要地位,对群落稳定性起关键作用。

[Purpose]To explore the resource utilization of Caragana korshinskii community in the lower reaches of the Shiyang River,revealing its structure and stability,and providing a scientific basis for the protection,restoration,and rational utilization of the C.korshinskii community.[Methods]Field surveys of C.korshinskii community in the lower reaches of the Shiyang River were carried out,and the interspecific association and niche were studied by the variance ratio meth-od,χ2-test,Ochiai association coefficient,Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient,and niche width and niche overlap degree.[Results]The interspecific associations of the C.korshinskii community in the lower reaches of the Shiyang River were extremely significantly positive.C.korshinskii exhibited negative interspecific associations with other species,with the overall community being dominated by negative associations.The interactions between species in the community were relatively weak,and the interspecific connections were loose.The importance value and niche breadth of C.korshinskii were obviously higher than those of other species in the community,which played an important role in community structure and stability.C.korshinskii showed negative associations and correlations with other species due to differences in biological characteristics and ecological adaptability.Interspecific associations between Stipa caucasica,Cleistogene songorica,Allium mongolicum,and Astragalus grubovii exhibited negative associations and correlations,despite having similar biological characteristics and ecological adaptability to similar habitats,primarily due to their highly overlapping niches.[Conclusion]The C.korshinskii community in the lower reaches of the Shiyang River River is in a stable state.C.korshinskii plays an important role in the community and plays a key role in the stability of the community.
