82600 t散货船舷侧肋骨和趾端的有限元优化设计

摘要 以某82 600 t散货船为研究对象,采用三舱段粗网格有限元分析法校核屈服强度和屈曲强度,对不满足强度要求的区域进行优化设计,在所有舷侧肋骨都满足规范设计要求的前提下,使结构尺寸基本达到最优值,结构重量明显减轻。然后参考规范的细节设计标准要求,设计上下趾端,再进行细网格分析计算趾端局部强度,通过不断优化上下趾端的结构尺寸和局部加厚等,最终趾端结构强度满足规范设计要求,结构优化基本达到极致。
