自然生长理念下支持幼儿自主学习进阶的“实然”行动——以中班项目式区域活动《西游剧场》为例

摘要 自然生长理念契合现代儿童学习观,与区域游戏所倡导的自主自发、深度探索的游戏精神不谋而合。基于自然生长理念审视当前区域游戏自主学习中存在的随意生长、拔苗助长、生长休眠等问题,以中班项目式区域活动“西游剧场”为例,从“以兴趣经验为基点,把脉自主学习的生长点”“以材料与情境为载体,搭建自主学习的生长支架”“以互动和评价为抓手,增强自主学习的生长力”“以合作与展示为依托,构建良好的自主学习生态系统”四方面探析该理念下支持幼儿自主学习的实践策略,以提高幼儿的自主学习质量,为相关实践提供有益参考。 The concept of natural growth is in line with the modern children s learning philosophy,and coincides with the game spirit of autonomy and deep exploration advocated by regional games.Based on the concept of natural growth,this paper examines the problems of arbitrary growth,seedling pulling,and growth dormancy in current regional game based autonomous learning.Taking the project-based regional activity“Journey to the West Theater”in the middle class as an example,this paper explores the practical strategies to support children s autonomous learning from four aspects:identify the growth points of autonomous learning based on interest and experience,using materials and situations as carriers to build a growth framework for autonomous learning,using interaction and evaluation as the starting point to enhance the growth of autonomous learning,relying on cooperation and display to build a good autonomous learning ecosystem,so as to improve the quality of children s autonomous learning and provide useful references for related practices.
