摘要
根据铸件结构、尺寸及现有3D打印设备等条件,规划了机床工作台铸件砂型的整体3D打印方案,确定了工作台铸件的浇注系统、工装配箱、熔炼工艺与关键参数,针对工作台铸件生产过程中常见的铸造缺陷进行了分析和预防,目前已大批量生产出质量稳定,成品率高的机床工作台铸件。
According to the casting structure,size and existing 3D printing equipment and other conditions,the overall 3D printing scheme of the lathe workbench casting sand mold was planned,the pouring system,assembly box,melting process and key parameters of the workbench castings were determined,and the common casting defects in the production process of the workbench castings were analyzed and prevented.At present,mass production has been stable in quality.Machine table castings with high yield.
