摘要
根据生产实际,从熔炼设备、熔炼炉料、铁液成分、蠕化及孕育处理、质量检测与控制、铸造工艺设计和铸件焊补等方面,对蠕墨铸铁缸体缸盖批量生产技术进行总结。结果表明:只要从人、机、料、法、测等多方面进行综合控制,可以实现稳定批量生产。
Based on the actual production,the mass production technology of vermicular graphite iron cylinder block and head is summarized from the aspects of smelting equipment,smelting charge,molten iron composition,vermicularization and inoculation treatment,quality inspection and control,casting process design and casting welding repair.The results show that as long as comprehensive control is carried out from multiple aspects such as people,machines,materials,methods,and measurements,stable mass production can be achieved.
