中国式现代化视域下全面推进乡村振兴的生成逻辑与实践指向

全面推进乡村振兴是实现中国式农业农村现代化和建设农业强国的关键抓手和根本保证。中国式现代化视域下全面推进乡村振兴,是马克思主义“三农”理论中国化的继承与创新发展,是中国共产党领导“三农”工作的艰辛探索,是实现中国式农业农村现代化创新发展的现实诉求,具有严密的理论逻辑、深厚的历史逻辑和鲜活的实践逻辑。从历史演进历程来探究全面推进乡村振兴在中国式现代化建设中的历史地位与作用,从马克思主义“三农”理论的发展脉络来解析全面推进乡村振兴在中国现代化版图中的重要位置,进一步厘清中国式现代化视域下全面推进乡村振兴的的机理机制。探析当前我国全面推进乡村振兴所处的历史方位,将理论与实践结合,进而全方位破解中国式农业农村现代化建设所面临的现实境遇。中国式现代化视域下全面推进乡村振兴要坚持以党建为引领,巩固全面推进乡村振兴的政治基石;以农民共同富裕为目标,夯实全面推进乡村振兴的物质基础;以农业数字化发展为引擎,激发全面推进乡村振兴的新动能;以农村绿色发展为底色,筑牢全面推进乡村振兴的生态屏障。以中国式现代化全面推进乡村振兴要加速推进农业数字化转型,以数字农业和智慧农业赋能农业高质量发展;要坚持农业科技自立自强,强化农业高新技术研发与推广,着力形成农业新质生产力,以此全面支撑乡村振兴,走中国特色、世界一流农业强国发展道路。

Comprehensively promoting rural revitalization is the key lever and fundamental guarantee for achieving modernization of Chinese style agriculture and rural areas and building an agricultural power.Comprehensively promoting rural revitalization from the perspective of Chinese path to modernization is the inheritance and innovative development of the sinicization of the Marxist theory of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”,the arduous exploration of the CPC in leading the work of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”,and the realistic demand for realizing the innovative development of Chinese style agricultural and rural modernization.It has strict theoretical logic,profound historical logic,and fresh practical logic.This paper explores the historical position and role of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization in the construction of Chinese path to modernization from the historical evolution process,and analyzes the important position of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization in the territory of China’s modernization from the development context of Marxist“three rural”theory,so as to clarify the mechanism of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization from the perspective of Chinese path to modernization.It analyzes the historical position of China’s comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization,combines theory with practice,and comprehensively solves the practical problems faced by the modernization of Chinese style agriculture and rural areas.To comprehensively promote rural revitalization from the perspective of Chinese path to modernization,we should adhere to the leadership of Party building and consolidate the political cornerstone of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,consolidate the material foundation for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization with the goal of common prosperity for farmers,use the digital development of agriculture as the engine to stimulate new driving forces for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,and take green development in rural areas as the foundation and building an ecological barrier to comprehensively promote rural revitalization as the practical direction for solid progress.To comprehensively promote rural revitalization with Chinese path to modernization,we should also accelerate the digital transformation of agriculture,enable high quality agricultural development with digital agriculture and smart agriculture,adhere to the self-reliance and self-improvement of agricultural technology,strengthen the research and promotion of agricultural high-technology,and focus on forming new agricultural productive forces,so as to comprehensively support rural revitalization and follow the path of developing a strong agricultural country with Chinese characteristics and world-class capabilities.
