The Logic of Justice and Contemporary Value of Rural Revitalization in Promoting Common Prosperity

乡村振兴是推进中国式现代化的重要内容,“三农”问题是党和国家工作的重中之重。共同富裕是社会主义的本质特征,是中国共产党及全体人民的共同夙愿。共同富裕的实现需要推动乡村全面振兴,尤其从公平正义原则上讲,二者具有内在一致性。新时代全面深化改革需要维护社会公平正义,乡村振兴中蕴含的应得正义为共同富裕提供了正义补充。从马克思应得正义出发,乡村振兴与共同富裕具有相同的价值追求,并赋予共同富裕以应得正义支撑,其价值体现在让改革成果全体人民共享。因此,乡村振兴战略是从制度正义、分配正义与发展正义展开对社会公平正义的应然回应,对优化分配结构、促进公共资源共享、调节生产关系和构建正义话语体系具有重要意义。乡村振兴是共同富裕进程中复归马克思人本思想的突破性贡献,具有重要的当代价值。

Rural revitalization is an important part of promoting Chinese path to modernization,and the issue of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”is the top priority of the Party and the state.Common prosperity is the essential feature of socialism and the common aspiration of the CPC and all the people.China is a large agricultural country,and farmers account for the vast majority of the population of the country.Whether we can solve the“three rural”problem is related to the realization process of the general goal of common prosperity.Therefore,the realization of common prosperity requires comprehensive rural revitalization,especially from the perspective of fairness and justice principles,the two have inherent consistency.The comprehensive deepening of reform in the new era requires the maintenance of social fairness and justice,and the justice inherent in rural revitalization provides a just supplement to common prosperity.Although not entirely identical,due and justice belong to the same sequence.Starting from the perspective of Marx’s deserved justice,rural revitalization and common prosperity share the same value pursuit,and endow common prosperity with deserved justice support.Its value is reflected in allowing all people to share the fruits of reform.Therefore,the comprehensive rural revitalization strategy is a necessary exploration of social fairness and justice from the perspectives of institutional justice,distribution justice,and development justice.It is of great significance for optimizing the distribution structure,promoting public resource sharing,regulating production relations,and constructing a just discourse system.Rather,rural revitalization is a breakthrough contribution to the return to Marxist humanistic thinking in the process of common prosperity,and has important contemporary value.
