Golden Union's Longfu Temple In Space,located at No.17 Qianliang Hutong in Dongcheng District,represents a significant urban renewal initiative.The project has transformed the former Beijing Fudi Huangcheng Hotel into a vibrant urban complex that integrates retail,creative office spaces,and mid-to-high-end serviced long-term hotel apartments.Capitalizing on its advantageous location within the“Longfu Temple-Wangfujing-Forbidden City”golden triangle,it serves the high-quality accommodation needs of business and tourism individuals and introduces boutique consumer formats,enhancing the regional specialty consumer business circle.With a commitment to ESG principles,the use of eco-friendly materials,and the organization of green activities,the project promotes sustainable development.Since its delivery in May 2023,it has achieved a notable increase in commercial brand engagement and hotel apartment occupancy rates.
