摘要
本文探讨了通州区副中心城市绿心(原东方化工厂及周边区域)的更新实践。城市绿心位于副中心核心区域,占地约11.2 km~2,原为工业区和村庄。2016年,北投集团启动城市绿心改造工作,旨在构建绿色生态本底,实现工业区向生态公园的转变。改造工作包括生态治理、文化传承和功能融合,通过科学更新,打造了绿色可持续的生态样板。该项目不仅提升了生态环境,还丰富了生物多样性,成为市民休闲体验的新目的地。创新经验包括生态重塑、利旧更新、赋能重构等策略,并通过全周期管理,实现了从工业文明到生态文明的转变。
This article discusses the renewal practices of the Tongzhou District Sub-Center Urban Green Heart(formerly the Dongfang Factory and surrounding areas).Located at the core of the sub-center,the urban green heart covers an area of approximately 11.2 square kilometers and was originally an industrial area and villages.In 2016,the North Investment Group initiated a transformation aimed at constructing a green ecological foundation,achieving a transformation from an industrial area to an ecological park.The renovation included ecological governance,cultural heritage,and functional integration,creating a green and sustainable ecological model through scientific renewal.The project not only improved the ecological environment but also enriched biodiversity,becoming a new destination for citizens'leisure experiences.Innovative experiences include strategies such as ecological reshaping,reuse of old buildings,and empowerment reconstruction,and through full-cycle management,it has achieved a transformation from industrial civilization to ecological civilization.
