摘要
近年来,日益发展的光纤传感技术为路面实时健康监测提供了新的方法。本文基于光纤感知原理,分析了光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)传感器尺寸及结构设计特点,总结了FBG传感器在道路温度及应变场中的实测应用过程,梳理了FBG传感器在不同道路病害中的健康监测手段。结果表明:合理的封装材料及尺寸设计可以保护FBG传感器;FBG传感器在温度及应力场中应用时,能够准确掌握路面内部结构温度、应变分布规律;针对不同道路病害,选择不同类型光纤传感器可以实现道路健康状态实时监测。
In recent years,increasing development of optical fiber sensing technology provides a new method for real⁃time health monitoring of pavement.Based on the principle of fiber sensing,dimensions and structural design characteristics of fiber Bragg grating(FBG)sensors are analyzed,the actual application process of FBG sensors in road temperature field and strain field are summarized,the health monitoring methods of FBG sensors in different road diseases are sorted out.The results show that reasonable packaging materials and size design can protect FBG sensors.When the FBG sensor is applied in temperature and stress field,it can accurately grasp the temperature and strain distribution law of the internal structure of the pavement.Aiming at different road diseases,selecting different types of optical fiber sensors,can realize real⁃time monitoring of road health status.
