摘要
结合大规模设备更新升级和新质生产力要求,针对铝电解行业对自动化升级的迫切需求,文中以铝电解多功能机组水平捞渣子系统为控制对象,建立了水平捞渣系统数学模型,设计了水平捞渣智能控制系统,通过模拟仿真和现场测试,均能满足精度控制要求,并验证了铝电解环境下液压比例高精度控制方法,为铝电解多功能机组实现整机智能化控制奠定了技术基础,对铝电解行业迈向高质量发展具有重要的指导意义。
Combined with the requirement of large-scale equipment upgrading and new quality productivity,and the urgent need for automatic upgrading of aluminum electrolysis industry,a mathematical model of horizontal slag catching subsystem of multifunctional aluminum electrolysis unit was established and an intelligent control system of horizontal slag catching was designed.Both simulation and field test show that the system can meet the requirements of precision control,and the high-precision control method of hydraulic proportion under aluminum electrolysis was verified,which lays a technical foundation for intelligent control of multifunctional aluminum electrolysis unit and has important guiding significance for the high-quality development of aluminum electrolysis industry.
