Summary of the best evidence for safe nursing of parenteral nutrition among cancer patients

目的:总结国内外肿瘤病人肠外营养安全护理的最佳证据。方法:根据“6S”证据模型,通过计算机检索国内外数据库、指南网、临床决策支持系统及营养专业相关协会网站中的住院病人肠外营养安全实践指南、临床决策、证据总结、专家共识、系统评价。由2名研究者独立对纳入的文献进行质量评价,结合临床专家的判断整合证据。检索时限为建库至2023年9月22日。结果:共纳入18篇文献,其中临床决策2篇、指南5篇、系统评价4篇、证据总结1篇、专家共识6篇。通过文献阅读、证据整合,从组织管理、输注准备、输注过程、并发症的预防与监测4个方面汇总了23条证据。结论:总结的肿瘤病人肠外营养安全护理的最佳证据可为护理人员临床实践提供参考,结合临床情境与病人需求应用合适的证据,提高病人营养治疗效果,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To summarize the best evidence for safe nursing of parenteral nutrition(PN)among cancer patients in China and abroad.Methods:According to the"6S"evidence model,the practice guidelines,clinical decisions,evidence summaries,expert consensus,and systematic reviews on safe nursing of PN for inpatients were retrieved from domestic and foreign databases,guideline websites,clinical decision support systems,and websites of nutrition professional associations.Two researchers independently evaluated the quality of the included literature and integrated the evidence in combination with the judgment of clinical experts.The search period was from the establishment of the database to September 22,2023.Results:A total of 18 articles were included,including 2 clinical decisions,5 guidelines,4 systematic reviews,1 evidence summary,and 6 expert consensus articles.Through literature reading and evidence integration,a total of 23 pieces of evidence were summarized from 4 aspects:organizational management,infusion preparation,infusion process,and prevention and monitoring of complications.Conclusions:The summarized best evidence for safe nursing of PN among cancer patients in this study can provide a reference for nursing staff in clinical practice.Evidence should be applied according to clinical situations and patient requirements appropriately,to improve the effect of nutritional therapy for patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
