With the deep application of ChatGPT,problems such as human-machine transfer of data bias,disclosure of personal privacy information,and weakening of human consciousness initiative are also caused.The human-machine relationship theory of technology phenomenology helps us to better grasp the relationship between human and ChatGPT.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the advantages and risks of ChatGPT,starting from the subject,object and external environment of human-machine relationship,the harmonious development of human society and ChatGPT is promoted by optimizing the operation ability of technical subjects,improving the prevention ability of technical objects,and building a global joint governance mechanism.
