刘健红运用温胆汤合通窍活血汤治疗老年眩晕临床经验

Liu Jianhong’s Clinical Experience in Treating Senile Vertigo with Wendan Decoction Combined with Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction

眩晕病是好发于老年人的慢性疾病,患者多伴有各种心脑血管疾病等基础病。刘健红教授认为,老年眩晕主要病机以脾虚为本,痰、瘀为标,治疗上运用温胆汤合通窍活血汤化裁遣药,临床疗效较佳。总结刘健红教授用温胆汤合通窍活血汤加减治疗老年眩晕的经验,为临床治疗老年眩晕提供参考。

Vertigo is a chronic disease commonly occurring in the elderly,which is often accompanied by cardiovascular,cerebrovascular diseases or other basic diseases.Professor Liu Jianhong believes that the main pathogenesis of senile vertigo is spleen deficiency as root,and phlegm and blood stasis as the superficiality.The use of Wendan Decoction combined with Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction in treatment has shown better clinical efficacy.This article summarized Professor Liu Jianhong’s experience in dealing with senile vertigo using Wendan Decoction and Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction,hoping to provide reference for clinical treatment of senile vertigo.
