High-Quality Development of China's Surfi ng Industry in the New Development Stage

运用文献资料、调查研究等方法,探析新发展阶段我国冲浪运动产业高质量发展的价值、困境,并提出发展路径。价值:创新自然资源要素供给,培育冲浪运动新质生产力;完善冲浪运动设施建设,丰富冲浪产品与服务供给;促进“体旅文”融合,满足人民群众对高品质生活的需要。发展困境:赛事空间分布集中度高,产业发展空间相对不足;人才培养起步晚,产业人才供给短缺;“体旅文”深度融合不足,融合载体相对缺乏。发展路径:契合“五方三点”产业集聚区建设,拓展产业发展空间;提升人才培养质效,完善产业人才供给;加强载体建设,促进冲浪“体旅文”深度融合。

By using the methods of literature review and survey-based research,this research explored the value and dilemma of the high-quality development of China's surfi ng industry in the new stage of development,and put forward the development path.Value:It innovates the supply of natural resources to cultivate new quality productivity of surfing,improves the construction of surfing facilities to enrich the supply of surfi ng products and services,and promotes the integration of "sports,tourism and culture" to meet the needs of the people for high-quality life.Development dilemma:The spatial distribution of the competition is highly concentrated,and the space for industrial development is relatively insufficient.The training of talents started late,and the supply of industrial talents is short.The deep integration of sports,tourism and culture is insuffi cient,and the carrier of integration is relatively lacking.Development path:It should fit the construction of "five directions and three points" industrial agglomeration area and expand the industrial development space,enhance the quality and effi ciency of talent training to perfect the supply of industrial talents,and strengthen the carrier construction to promote the deep integration of surfi ng "sports,tourism and culture".
