山西地域文化资源的育人路径研究——以太原旅游职业学院为例

A Study on the Educational Path of Shanxi Regional Cultural Resources--Taking Taiyuan Tourism College as an Example

山西丰富的地域文化资源是开展教育的遗产宝库,无论是物质文化遗产,还是非物质文化遗产,都为其提供着丰厚滋养。该文以山西地域文化资源为抓手,梳理并挖掘山西传统文化和革命红色文化资源的教育价值,探索立足校园教育教学资源加强学生教育的有效育人路径。研究以高校大学生的校园生活为基点,以“文旅融合”为特色,以“大思政”育人为理念,以协同育人为方式,促进高职教育落实好立德树人根本任务,培养德才兼备的高素质技术技能人才,努力在加强思政课程的文化性、提高专业课程的思政性过程中,巩固提升新时代高校思政教育实效。

Shanxi's rich regional cultural resources are a treasure trove of educational heritage,providing rich nourishment for both material and intangible cultural heritage.This article takes the regional cultural resources of Shanxi as the starting point,sorts out and explores the educational value of Shanxi's traditional culture and revolutionary red culture resources,and explores effective ways to strengthen student education based on campus education and teaching resources.Based on the campus life of college students,with the characteristic of"cultural tourism integration",the concept of"great ideological and political education",and the method of collaborative education,this study aims to promote the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating students with morality and talent in vocational education,cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents with both morality and talent,and promote the consolidation and improvement of the effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities in the new era by strengthening the cultural nature of ideological and political courses and improving the ideological and political nature of professional courses.
